The Statewide "Supa-Light Flexshaft" Consists of:

• Skylight Top: Flat double glazed twin wall lexan polycarbonate Thermoclear clear insulated tops.
  
  
• Soaker Tray: Galvanized or Zincalum in 0.55mm BHP steel. A Full range of colourbond colours to suit metal deck & tile roof types.. Soft flashing on request.
  
  
• Flexshaft: Polyester film, high reflective aluminium metal foil liner inner surface. Super flexible to avoid obstructions inside ceilings.
  
  
• Ceiling surround support: Aluminium 'T' section frame - high gloss white or mill finish.
  
  
• Ceiling Diffuser: Non-Vented - K-15 Prismatic clear for even light spread, Opaque for softer light, or any one of the range of leadlight decorative inserts available.

Look at what this means for you;

Energy Efficient. Lexan Thermoclear" traps air between layers of polycarbonate sheet. For example a 6mm sheet of Lexan Thermoclear'gives up to 40% greater efficiency over traditional glazing and gives an insulation value of 1.54.

High light transmission. Lexan Thermoclear' sheet has approximately 98% the light transmission of normal glass and almost twice the light of opal domes.

Light weight. 'Lexan Thermoclear' sheet is around 70 times lighter than double walled glass.

Excellent ventilation capabilities. Ventilated units have been specially designed for bathrooms, laundries and toilets. These models give full ventilation, as well as providing natural light. In addition to this, the ventilated model can have an exhaust fan mounted in the ceiling diffuser or skylight dome.

Customised colour and sizing. Our units can be manufactured out of Lysaght Colorbond enabling you to choose from a wide range of available colours to suit your style of roofing. Dome tops can also be custom made to your requirements.

Impact resistant. Lexan Thermoclear sheet is so tough it withstands the impact of a ball dropped from 7 feet onto a 6mm thick sheet without breakage. Lexan Thermoclear sheet maintains its' impact properties at temperatures ranging 40"C-11'C.
